1st for Woman left me stranded 326,5km away from home

I was involved in a car accident on Monday 16th Dec 326,5km away from home. 1st for woman send a tow truck to collect my car and left me behind to find my own way to Pretoria. I was stranded 326,5km away from home with no family or friend there to assist me. I pleaded with the insurance multiple times to assist me and all the agent told me was "there is nothing more we can do for you sorry''. I was not safe at all and that was not taken into consideration. My safety was my first priority and therefor mentioned it to the 1st consultant I spoke to. 1st for woman gave me a quote of R3500 to take me home that I didn't have and this needed to be paid cash and because I couldn't pay it they just said sorry. I have never in my life experienced this kind of service from a service provider, I was in shock, I was afraid out of my mind, I was stressed and was left to vent for myself no Guardian Angel as they promise.

Till today all I have received from 1st for Woman was we sorry. If something would have happened to me all 1st for woman was going to tell my family is we sorry. Im not going to accept you’re sorry any longer. Thank you to Amanda who submitted my claim this lady was a great help, this was the only help I received. I also spoke to a gentlemen from the towing dep that promised to call me back, Im still waiting for his call. 1st for woman doesn't have a woman's back I had 1st hand experience of that. Worst service ever received.
