1st for woman is the worst insurance company!

I cannot believe that a so called reputable insurance company such as yourselves can put me through this ordeal! I sent my car 3 MONTHS ago to a repairer authorized by you guys! I have been trying to get hold of them and no one replies, I finally do and what a surprise no one knows anything about it! No one can account for who ordered the parts and when. As my insurance company you have a responsibility to hold these people accountable and to give me answers! Cannot wait to get rid of you guys!
