This company is a ****. I made a claim for my appliances and they sent through people to come and assess but the guy just came to my place and looked at these and wrote a few notes. I got the feedback just now and they said they won’t be paying anything. How do they asses these appliances by mere looking at them and even open the appliances to check? When I spoke to the consultant he was busy saying the findings are correct and it common sense. I don’t pay to be told about common sense or general knowledge, I pay to be assisted. I’ve had this insurance for over 2 years but they do not assist me with anything. Pay back all my premiums and keep your general knowledge. You are the first debit order to go off my account but you don’t assist with anything and the company you send to assess things in the house are useless.
