1st For Woman insurance. Worst service ever
What terrible service. On the phone with 1st for woman for 2 day. They put through an incorrect amount debit order which has now bounced. 2 mandates on my bank account both for the incorrect amount. And I can cancel them at my bank.
Just spoke to the 12th person in 2 days and SHE PUT THE PHONE IN MY EAR.
OVER 15 CALL BACK REQUESTS IGNORED AND SPEND OVER R200 IN CALLS!!!!
READY TO GO TO ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY.
