1st for Woman insurance is disappointing, really bad service delivery

I've omplained on the ridiculous service this insurance has given me since my accident. They acted like they care now that I complained on this platform...News: they disappeared again, I don't know the status of my car still, going on 3 months. Will I even ever get my car back?? I've been paying for insurance for years. This is *******!!! 1st for women are not on top of the excellent service they promise. Disappointing. It's all bull****!
