1st for woman ignore clients

So a consultant phoned me and offered the car insurance at a good cost I told him to follow up with me the next day too make sure I want too carry on he never did I sent 5 emails too cancel this policy and yet 1st for woman *****ulently put a debit on my bank account as I did not consent to the debit check I declined the debit check yet they continue to place a debit order on my account I even told a consultant to cansel my insurance on a call with no effect they just don't care I think I must seek legal advice as I did not approve the Debi check on my account
