1st for woman giving bad service for claims.

I am currently having the worst experiencing with 1st for woman. I cannot even wait to close this claim off because I am tired of crying due to frustration Business is no longer moving due to the claim yet I am expected to pay for courier or transport that will deliver the Natis paper to the office. the car that got written off was for business and now 3 weeks later I am waiting because I do not have money. I am so emotionally drained and wany nothing to do with 1st for woman at this point honestly.
