1st for woman fly by night insurance

My car is a write off. 1st for woman rejected my claim claiming that my vehicle was on bolt since 2019 yet in 2023 September I had a small claim and it was approved and paid out. This is fly by night insurance and they descriminative. I have been sending them mails since and they promised to bring my vehicle back on the 2nd till today Marlize and Venolyn are no longer responding to my mail. My cars keys are lost as well as per the message on my vehicle were it's parked and renew it strydom park.
