1st for woman dishonest

Don't take insurance with 1st for woman. They are dishonest, ********* and non trustworthy. I have been hunted by them in August 2024 non stop to take out car insurance. I agreed to insurance with them, yet after speaking to my current insurance I've decided to stay where I am. I have not approved or accepted the 1st for woman debicheck mandate on my banking app. Yet, they just deducted the premium, without my approval, *****ulent transaction in the first place. On 3 September, I phoned them and were told, I will be refunded, but only 50% of the premium. So they took my money without approval and then only want to reimburse me 50%. *******. Needless to say after many phonecalls and the "excellent" news from the call agent with refunding promises I have not as yet received a cent back from them. The lead time was supposedly 7 to 10 working days. It's almost a month later and the 50% refund after their *****ulent transaction is no where to be seen. Stay away from 1st for woman. They push until you give in, and then take your money without concent or approval, and then have the odasity to offer only 50% refund, which you never get back.
