1st for Woman denies I have Cover when it is specified in my policy

I have a home contents and vehicle cover with 1st for woman , and I just put through a claim for my garmin watch which I lost on hike through the strap breaking. My policy has a portable possession cover of R5,500 and R13k specified which I pay R118 for monthly. My total premium is R2295.00 To my shock today, a gentleman named Sifiso called me about my claim for the Garmin watch worth about R4k or less and told me that I don't have portable cover and any specified items. I have requested for the recording of the cover when it was taken up, nothing yet. What kind of daylight ******* is this? what happens to me now if my car gets in an accident?
