1st for Woman Complaint

Recently logged call with 1st for Women under the Household insurance. The TV is not even collected as yet but the agent confirms the access is R3600. No report done on the tv as yet. Normal basic access is R2400 or 5% of the claim but yet 1st for woman decided the access must be R3600 if the cause is power surge or ligthning damages which they don't know yet. And did I cause the ligthning or power surge? If it was due to negligence I could understand. In the last year I experienced more and more issues when it comes to submitting claims to 1st for Woman. Some of the terms and conditions are unrealistic, providing evidence in case of a claim and the payment of high excess amounts is becoming a huge concern.
