1st for woman additional deductions-R2 for hope?

I have been with them for about three years now and so far so good but have noticed like with some other companies who debit money from your account. They have deducted additional R2s from my account. When I asked why as my premium has not increased they couldn’t explain why and even had the audacity to tell me they don’t see the deduction on their side. They said they’d investigate it. It’s been a week and I’m not sure of what they have done since there has been zero communication. It may seem petty that I’m crying over R4 but if they deduct this from their entire database that’s some serious money. I don’t want to be part of making others rich thanks.
