After the first complain a lady phoned me apologize and said she could see there was no feedback no correspondense no phone calls from their side someone will phone me later that afternoon lady from legal dept phone and asked did someone explain why the cash settlement was so little i told her dont want money want vehicle to be fixed by accredited panelbeater like it was before accident i was rude to her because their reasons of a 60 40 split is ridiculious both phoned from a 087 nr so i could not phone them again till today nothing from their side This is totally unacceptable still no progress since the 3rd of september 2020
