Gale force storm over this season in Kleinmond caused damage to Nutec boarding and sealing causing water damage to inside wall of front house. Mr Van Tonder Accessor did not note any damage to exterior boarding other than sealing on patio not done. I disputed and after weeks of no response, trying to get answers from Management and Dispute Dept, was declined again. I had to keep calling FFW for assistance. I have been with FFW since 2004. They happy to take my money but treated me as *********ly on a R4100 claim. Be very careful who you insure with. Bernice
