1st for ****s

My first claim was for my tyres gotten damaged by pot holes and they had issues paying for my tyres. We also found out that on the day I took out the cover the policy wasnt explained properly to me about my tyre cover and still they only wanted to pay R1000 for 2 month old tyres. Now someone drove into my car and again I was told of other excesses I didnt know about. I have asked for my recordings almost 2 weeks ago and they still giving me the run around and since I have asked 2 more times for the recordings. Today I was told to wait another 3 workings days this will put us into week 3 for the recordings. I asked for the report of the assesment that was done on my vehicle and still I didnt get this also. Please guys and girls if you can avoid this company. Looks now like I would have to fix my car just like my wheels without them again. What can I do about this. Cause the last lady I spoke with told me to take my car to some penalbeating place in Cape Town she didnt even know that my car is with them at the moment.
