1st for nothing

Here we go again.. No response when cover is required. I called before the end of business on Thursday only to be put on hold multiple times and then get told there is nobody who can assist with my matter. My shed is being rebuilt, so all items are standing in my enclosed / fenced up back yard, I needed to know if I have cover for while renovations continue and was told "this is negligence" I requested to be contacted with more feedback as they change the rules as they go along. I was promised a call the next day (Friday)... It's now Sunday, i am still waiting. Also note that the items currently in the shed was previously replaced by myself as the excess was more than the value of the items we replaced which was a good few thousand Rands. Also note a time prior to that, when they also denied my claim I did not take too kindly to it and approached Hellopeter, they then called me and reprimanded me as if I am a child and told me "this is the last time" by a person in management. Just a note to 1st for women and team: THIS IS THE LAST TIME!!!!!!! If it were me missing my premium, my cover would've seized, I wonder what they think of their clients to not even return a call the next day. Clearly nothing if you ask me.
