1st for *****ing your money

so upon contacting them to change my policy as i sold my vehicle , i was given a quote that i just could not afford , so i informed them that i wont be going with them , for some reason the greedy people they are, took my telling them that i will not be going forward with as me saying yes take my money , for 3 months they took the premium , when confronted i was told unfortunately this was my fault (even after checking the phone recording which confirms me saying i wont be moving forward) , so sorry for me they can ***** my money and are under no obligation to refund me, customer care , my ass.
