1st for being rude!

Very poor service received. Had two policies with them and when i bought a new vehicle their quote was higher than all of the other insurance companies. When i tried to negotiate with them they were so so rude. So when i decided to cancel my policies they were extremely rude and demanded that i stay with them. When i said no i have no intention of staying with them the consultant became even more rude.
