Am so disappointed by my insurance they failed to assist me saying the cover I took my car needs to be written off from sales they didn't explain this to me now they rejected my claim I have to do repairs on my own car what's is insurance 4 worse I didn't even cause the accident am so disappointed by the why don't they use my third party to repair my car now I have to get 104k to fix my car insurance is a **** I mean they took a week to tell me this they could have told me in a go that they not going to repair my car nxa useless insurance indeed why do we have to have insurance that's not going to help us in need
