1MONTH LATER STILL NO SETTLEMENT AFTER A WRITEOFF

I would also like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have been receiving. A month later, still no settlement and still no car. I have been using public transport, yet my accounts have been debited for this month, I wonder where I should get the money for paying a car and its expenses and to use taxis and meter taxis. I can't believe that the settlement letter was only requested this week yet I have been under the impression that you had already sent it. Why can't people do their jobs? As I pay every single month with no hassle but I have to go through so much hassle to get the claim to be settled. For so much marketing you guys do I must say the service is pathetic and inconsiderate to the client's needs.

Every time I call using my airtime to find out about my claim and all I get is I'm unreachable yet I receive no missed call notification nor do I get a voice mail message. I am thoroughly disappointed that in my time of distress, I haven't been helped. And honestly I would not recommend that people especially ladies to use this insurance company.

Very frustrated client,
Phumelele Mkhize
