1 st for women ,mechanical warranty

1 st for women is the worst service for mechanical warranty. They don't inform customers their policy's are expired after a particular time ,which they don't even call email or even sms .I took my policy out two years ago , suddenly I was not debited In November 2021 .I gave them a call ,too my surprise the agent told ,me the policy expired .which I was not informed when I took out the policy two years ago .I never claimed not once for the policy ,but now the policy has expired with out any notice .But for the last two years I was debited every month ,never missed a payment. I cannot believe such a big company doesn't even communicate with customers or let them know when the policy expired.These people are shady as hell. They quick to take your money but can't communicate simple information. Sometimes I wonder if they really need the business .By the way I with like all my premiums back ! You people suck. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF 1ST FOR WOMEN POLICY. CHECK YOUR POLICY REGULARLY. THEY ARE BIG CON ARIST WITH NO MORALS AND BUSINESS ETHICS .
