My husband and I took a car insurance with 1st for women. The car happened to have a minor accident on Sunday. My husband accidentally hit a Springbok. The car had a little damage. He called 1st for women and they sent a breakdown. The care was taken to the panel beaters in Kokstad for assessment. It was assessed on Tuesday and my husband was notified about everything. They told him that he'll need to pay an access so that the car can be fixed. He went to the panel beaters with the intention of paying the agreed amount of access. Now they are giving us run arounds, saying so and so is not available. The driver who towed the car is not available and they don't have his details. How can they not have his details when they were the ones who sent them to the place of accident and towed the car? The lady who was responsible for our claim is suddenly unavailable. My husband's name is Motlatsi Mapena. He's in Kokstad and trying to deal with matter.
