Pathetically rude and unhelpful service

After make a booking erroneously, I tried to cancel the booking 5 minutes later, the website said the booking was canceled. When trying to book again for a new place in the future they would not allow me to book until the booking fee for the canceled booking was paid. The consultant that I spoke to was rude and refused to assist me with my claim. Absolutely pathetic service, answering the phone with "how can I make you smile" and proceeding to do anything but. Disappointing to say the least.
