No reply from call centre - after probably about 1 month or even more.

I am unable to make bookings as the online system says that I am not this option is not available on my account. I logged a call about a month ago and then again 2 weeks later after which I got a phone call telling me it would be sorted within 2 days. Nothing has happened and I am still waiting for a reply - even just an explanation.
