Booking holidays on your website use to be very easy, recently it has become slightly challenging. However I phoned and spoke to Tamzyn Loganathan at your offices, she is very helpful and has stayed in touch with me. She has been very professional and I have been able to book a week of my choice with her assistance. Tamzyn even helped me bank my 2025 week, to ensure that I have enough points for the second week that we are looking for. She is following up and keeping an eye on my wishlist to help me get the second week I need to have a great 2025 holiday. Thank you Tamzyn for great service.

I do feel that if we use your consultants the fee should remain the same as when we use the website.
