Exceptional Service from the Service Call Centre

The most astounding and best service ever from Philip Harrison. I called the service centre and was assisted by Philip who is an engaging, caring and competent consultant. We needed to book a week at an already fully booked resort, and Philip said he would be on the lookout. About 3 weeks later, he calls me with the news that he had secured the unit for us, something we had given up on.
