Excellent service

I was quite upset with how my points were calculated and phoned them to have it straightened out. I requested a full recon and was promised that it would be emailed to me but had to follow up again as nothing materialized! Phoned again and was promised by another consultant that she would email the recon. Once again - nothing! I phoned again and asked to speak with the CEO of First Exchange and a lady by the name of Katherine Naidoo, who is the manager of the department asked if she could assist me. What a pleasant change in attitude! Not only did she resolve my query but also tried to have more points allocated for the 2019 year. Regular telephonic report back was given and I received my recon as promised. Thanks a lot for the regular and positive feedback and excellent service!
