Excellent service

I see so many negative reports but we have ben with First Exchange for some years now, and their service and attitude has really improved. I dealt with 2 ladies via a phone call who really went the extra mile for me and space banked my week quickly, efficiently and told me what points I would be receiving. Another plus about First Exchange is that there is no annual fee, the exchange fee is minimal compared to other companies like RCI and we find that we usually manage to get bookings where we want to go and when we want to go.
