terrible service and treatment of there clients

i was previously insured with first equity insurance brokers and very happy they paid out claims easy and effortlessly and my premium was very affordable .....however i sold my car and cancelled the insurance ..... i have now obtained a new vehicle and would like to go back to them and they now saying they don't want to insure me as i had 2 claims with them when i was previously with them one for ****** keys where i was pick pocketed in a shopping center and a window claim where there was a stone shot by the guys cutting grass on the side of the road and shattered my whole passenger side backdoor window ...this is unacceptable and very disappointed will not refer anymore of my friends of family to this broker as they don't value loyal clients
