I was promised to get a courtesy car when my car is in repairs but till today.

<p>On Friday, the 16th of Sept I called my insurance company First Equity notifying them that on Saturday I will be taking my car in for repairs so I need a courtesy car as per agreement. The consultant told me that the car hire company will call me. </p> <p>On Saturday I went to Margate panel beaters which were recommended by the insurance to bring the car, I arrived there around 11 and there was no call I received from the car hire company and I tried to call my insurance but it was engaged. I came back after 12 when the panel beaters were closed and on my way home I received a call from car hire company telling me that I have to fetch the car at OR Tambourine airport in Johannesburg and I'm from Matatiele. Just imagine from Matatiele to Joburg or I should go back to Margate airport and from Matatiele to Margate is a 4hours drive. I called them on Monday (which is today) telling them about my experience and the car hire company also called telling me that there's no way they can bring the car closer I should go to Margate to fetch the car. </p> <p>The person who is handling my claim said I should look for another car rental company and get back to her and I got it at Kokstad because I told them that atleast they should look for the closest place because I can't use another money to Margate again because it's far and there was A visit at Kokstad and she told me that she is going to talk to that car rental company she used at first. Up until now I haven't received any feedback. </p> <p>I was supposed to get a car on Saturday but I didn't and it costed me to come to Matatiele, and today when I go to work I used the taxi and when I asked for the refund she told me that she doesn't know if that happens so I must take another taxi again when I go to fetch the car and they get away with it where as I pay every month and the courtesy car is included. Please intervene </p>
