Empty promises regarding Claim GWIB31004/4

<p>I am still waiting for a signed letter from First Equity from the 12th of September as promised confirming that they will take full responsibility regarding my cars windows or roof should it get stuck after I have collect it, as they refuse to call a specialist from Peugeot to check the car as promised.</p> <p> </p> <p>Initially after the accident I contacted First Equity to find out the process of claiming, I was advised to claim under my insurance it will be quicker and I will be refunded my excess, yesterday I received an email from Mkateko stating “as you had advised us that the third party has insurance the process of claiming back the vehicles damages and your excess depends on the merits of each claim & finalization of damages. Unfortunately I won’t be able to provide you with a letter that states that we will refund your excess, be advised that the Third party claim is dealt with by Santam Legal department directly.”</p> <p> The lady that caused the accident is also administered by Santam her car was repaired quickly and i am stuck, I was advised the process would be smooth… WHAT IS THE REASON FOR ME being insured..</p> <p> </p>
