Policy Number RE01995 - Hymoss Ten Body Corporate.

On 10 November 2018 a third party vehicle damaged our complex wall. All details were given to Broker including the third parties Insurance detail and policy number. Subsequently the Insurer paid the claim but deducted an Excess of R1500. It is common insurance practice to refund the excess once the claim has been fully recovered from the third party or third party's insurance. Numerous correspondence with our broker First Equity have fallen on deaf ears and have not responded to my last email more than a month ago. This is disgusting service!
