No delivery and ******ion

I was looking for two iPad's and found First Electronics on Junk Mail as they had advertised iPad's for very good prices. I contacted them through Junk Mail and then we switched to e-mail. I purchased two iPad's for a total of R8 000.00, and paid by eFT. The courier charge was an extra R150.00, also included in the eFT. The courier -Swift bay - called me on 24 February eating R2 450.00 (as insurance on the valuable goods) and advised me the money was repayable on receipt of the goods. I e-mail Mike Andrews at First Electronics and told him about this call and he advised me to pay the extra money - it would be refunded. I paid the money and heard nothing further from Swift Bay, and yesterday I received an e-mail from Mr Anderson advising me the parcel was at OR Tambo and the customs people required R1 200.00 to release the parcel. I sent an e-mail to both First Electronic and Swift Bay advising that I would not be paying anymore money, and that the parcel was to be delivered by noon today, 27 February. Mr Anderson called me this morning to ask about the money and when I told him I was going to the police he put the telephone down. I have heard nothing further from First Electronics.
