No loan paid after paying loan generator fee

I app**** for business loan of R50000. From First Direct Loans which was advitised on Business Loans SA Facebook by Steve galliver. They said they help whether you are black listed or on ITC. Dr Bryan gave me the following account to pay R950 in order to receive the loan: E M Letsoalo *** FNB and used my I'd as ref. Expecting to receive the loan, they ask do more money. *** is their SA office number. They say I should pay R3250 after which I refused because I do not understand why I should pay this money before getting the required loan. Their requirement to qualify does not matter whether blacklisted, no credit check debtreview can apply. Since I refused Dr Bryan said he will get back to me. But he hasn't.
