Bad Customer service
Bad customer service!!! The overall CCTV installation was done very professionally and on time.
A few months later when I called to log a fault for a faulty camera, I called in the Wednesday morning to advice Alvin that 1 of my camera is not working, Technicians only came out the following day Thursday to repair / replace camera.
This pathetic for customer service that we have to wait 24 hours after logging a fault for a technician to come out and sort out this issue.
Please up your customer service. Repairs and faults need to done immediately not within a 24 hour period.

Please be advised that this is our standard policy that we attend to your issues under warranty within a 24 hour period. We make all our booking a day before. We can not attend to any queries on the day that the fault is logged as we already fully booked for the day.
