so sad

I recently had an accident with a First class Logistics truck. The truck turned wide and clipped the back of my car. I gave the driver the benefit of the doubt and thought mayb he couldn't see me and thought i had already turned and began turning. I got all his details. Tried contacting his employer but there was no after hours contact number. I sent emails to a few of the email addresses on their website and left it till the following day. I contacted the company the following morning and managed to get hold of the person responsible for the driver's as well as a 'manager' who was also responsible for insurance claims. I have insurance so my claim would basically be for my excess, I suppose. The manager was in Cape Town, Pregasen Govender. He assured me that he would handle the matter urgently. Well according to my insurance company, they hv been given the run around. Driver never reported the accident and the company never followed up. Well i wonder if this is how all big companies work. At this stage i am very disappointed in the company and their value, if they have any. Also, printed on the back of the vehicle it states that the driver's are 101 trained. Well i doubt that. They need to be trained on honesty and morals and standards. Or maybe that is the way the company is run. I hope they sleep well at night knowing they have ****** from innocent people.
