Request never too big to handle

I have been a customer for the last 2 years and Karin has never been too busy to help. She helped me with is a wonderful lady 2 years ago. Recently the lady had to go off for compassionate leave very urgently. I phoned Karin on a Sunday afternoon. She made a plan the very same day in her own free time, besides the fact that she works Monday to Saturday ( until 8pm in the evenings). Now that is what I call dedication to a job. I Read a report posted 13 feb by a Gwenola - and how wrong I think she is !!! This person must get her ducks in a row becuase I can say nothing bad about Karin. This Gwenol must have really rubbed Karin the wrong way because I have always had fantastic service and nothing has ever been too much for Karin to do for me and my family.<br> Thank you Karin and also a very big thank you from all the people that I referred to you, you are very much appreciated. Ignore this Gwnolla she knows nothing about your company !!!!
