Outstanding service

<p>We recently approached first class domestic for the placement of a nanny/housekeeper. We were sceptical as we have used other nanny agencies in the past that were terrible. On the first day of interviews we hired a lady who started working the very next day. She required very little training as the programme that Karin runs was excellent, for the first time I did not have to show a new domestic basics like how to iron, she even knew to iron certain fabrics with a cloth to prevent a shine. The bonus is the highly rated first aid course!<br />When the lady we hired decided to step out of line and resigned leaving me in the lurch on a Saturday afternoon, Karin arranged a temp for me until she could source potential candidates that we could hire on a permanent basis and arranged for a disciplinary hearing for the delinquent.</p> <p>Thank you Karin for your professionalism and for understanding the gripes and concerns of parents!</p>
