No accreditation for apparent ‘Mickey Mouse’ courses

I’m truly so disappointed, in 2015 we made use First Class Domestic and Child Care, and were told how the ladies are well trained and certified, we paid a substantial fee to hire a candidate from Karin Westphal based on this information (the lady we hired at the time had paid for her own training to better herself), in 2018 when our son was born we sent our wonderful child minder for refresher training (paying a lot of money once again), fast forward to this year where we applying for a General Work VISA for our Child Minder and need accredited qualifications, I send her certificates to SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) who advise they cannot validate these certificates as they have no record of this training facility on their system, they advise I contact the training facility directly and request their accreditation (some kind of training recognition or registration) so call Karin to request it and get told that she is not accredited in South Africa? Okay, confused, but I accept I then ask for proof of her international accreditation (purely to help obtain this VISA because all I have are certificates of completion and our minder is now part of our family) but I get told she has no accreditation to send me for these ‘Mickey Mouse’ courses. Either she just doesn’t want to help me, or she isn’t accredited, m which ever it is, the service is shocking, and Karin is incredibly rude. What is worse is I’ve recommended her services to a number of friends. How terrible to be promising ’qualification’ to these women who don’t have much money, but trust you and pay you for it but then have nothing but a ‘Mickey mouse’ course certification which is not registered. I am disgusted!
