BEWARE of 1st Class Domestics

We contacted a company called 1st class domestics for assistance in finding a good domestic and child minder on 14 July 2015. We were asked by the director (Karin) to come in on Saturdays to interview potential domestics that suited our needs at a cost of R3200, and where we were not happy with our selection of helper that we could swap them back to this company for a new helper on 2 occasions in a 6 month period. We then met a few potential candidates but left as no one suited what we needed on the day. after many visits, that just wasted out time and money (same ppl every week, with the same sad story), we concluded that this company did not understand our requirement and as such gave this feedback to Karin to which we received screaming too, derogrotory commentary in front of other clients and overall disprespect! on requesting a refund of our money, as we received no services from this company, we were told that we signed a contract and that we must carry on coming through to conduct interviews...at this point i refused to do business with this ********* & prejudicial! BEWARE of this company and its treating customers farily philosphy and taking your money with no services!
