First class aircons should be second class aircons

I paid R25000 for two aircons to be installed. Not even after a week it didn’t work. They came and fixed it. The next week the same aircon was a problem they came and fixed it. A month back I called them to check the second aircon and to date they have not come out to fix it. Calling them is useless as no one answers. I emailed them and still no reply. I will never recommend them to anyone Hopefully someone from their company will read this post and call. Otherwise I will have to file a complaint to consumer protection
