I would warn anyone thinking of purchasing a home with this company to run as far away as you can. Not only have they cut on every cost imaginable, they have done substandard work. Our house isn't even a year old and already there's a leaking roof, the beginnings of rising damp, cracks in the walls, uneven floors, fixtures installed skew or incorrectly, exposed wiring in the ceiling. First Choice Realty are completely uninterested in resolving these issues after numerous attempts at getting them out to fix it. Stay as far away from these ******** as possible.
