Extreme Lack of Service

I write this review on behalf of my partner who bought a new home from First Choice Realty developers.

"In December of 2016 I moved into my long awaited investment in my new home then. Five months down the line I noticed bad cracks and reported them to these developers immediately. I then got a response from a man named Herman ( ********** ) who was rude and verbalized that he did not have to maintain my house and did not have money to maintain people's houses."

*And again this year (2018) as the cracks got worse, I tried to contact them but I was informed by a certain F**** Coetzee that the developer moves overseas."

This has really been stressing me since I notice new cracks daily and I'm wondering how I can get this solved. I'm only into 2nd year in my bond and I don't know how I'll manage the rest of my life in such a home that may collapse and leave me and my family homeless."
