First Choice Home & Decor not delivering after payment and refusing refund.

Supplier received money from insurance claim 6 months ago. No floor was ever supp**** and First Choice made little/no attempt to inform the insurance company or customer yet held onto the money. Contacted the owner, Micheal today. Could not speak as he was with customer and said he would call back in 5 mins. I called back later that day as did not hear back from Michael. He answered personally, said he would call back and I then said that is unacceptable as been waiting entire day without reply. He hung up the phone. I called back. His reaction thereafter was rude, aggressive and very unprofessional. I suggested that in the interest of both parties because of no supply after 6 months he should refund the money in order to support a more professional orgsnisarion that can deliver on the wooden floor supply. Michael, the owner refused and said he will get his lawyers to defend any legal action from my side to retrieve the funds. A friendly warning to any other unsuspecting customers to not get caught and awareness that if the owner behaves like this it is unlikely to be a pleasant experience dealing with First Choice Flooring and Decor.
