**** you with additional refueling costs after return

I rented a polo vivo from King Shaka airport. On the 2 November, I returned the vehicle refuelled to automatic stop(which I filled up at the Sasol garage at the airport). I also supp**** the returns agent agent with the refuel slip. On my final invoice they charged me for over a quarter tank of petrol and admin refueling charges. I raised a ticket to try get the matter resolved but the cuatomer care agent Vicky Mtsweni closed the case and did some distance calculations and imp**** I did not refuel the car properly and that I was not a fuel efficent driver which makes no sense as how could even the fuel guage in the car istlef show full if it was over a quarter tank empty. This looks like a **** they have running at the moment as I see there was another post on this platform on 1 November 2025 by Alex K which had a similar experience at King Shaka. I hope this review helps someone choose a different rental agency and not be also ****med. If the same thing happened to you please also post so that we can get people aware of this
