Wow!

Worst experience ever! These people take forever to refund your deposit. What is worse I just discovered they do as they please with my account. Why on earth would there be a deduction made in error on my account? And they couldn't care less about inconveniencing you in your account. If I ever use their services again somebody please just shoot me.
