Worst ever customer service

So we've just spent 2 hours at the airport in PE being delayed by the most ********** customer service ever from Nangi at First Car Rental. Whilst another employee was helping us and trying to be accommodating about the terms changing from R6000 holding fee to R12000 holding, Nangi interjected with the most inflexible, sarcastic, patronizing, downright rude attitude I have ever experienced. When I asked her what car it was, she said it has 4 wheels! This woman should not be customer facing because First Car Rental is going to lose many more customers as a result of her attitude. Even after asking her to be more constructive, she continued her patronizing attitude and derogatory tone. We cancelled everything with them, forfeited our deposit and got a car from the awesome Naasieg at Dollar Thrifty in 5minutes. Still trying to regain my EQ levels!
