Worst Customer Service Ever

<p>Absolutely shocking customer service from First Car Rental this morning. Trying to arrange payment for a rental car to be picked up from O.R. Tambo on Tuesday I get transferred from call centre to branch to call centre, nobody is willing to assist and just repeats the same pre-written sentence to me without any attempt to help me. When I eventually decide to cancel the reservation out of pure frustration I find out it has already been cancelled, probably by one of the previous transfers I had to go through! Horrible horrible service!</p>
