Worst car rental company

I'd like everyone to know the shocking service we received from first car rental. From the shocking attitude at the ORT branch, where the staff clearly have never been trained, to the very tired Figo that they gave us (no fan or aircon, blown speaker, broken gearbox) to leaving us sitting for an hour by the side of the road in Midrand, around the corner from their branch, while they swapped out our car for another one. Never ever ever again will I use this company.
