WORSE TREATMENT I GOT FROM FIRST CAR RENTAL
My name is Honourable Ma****lela Maako, I stay in Pretoria, on 20/12/2019 I was at Lanseria Airport, which was my first time there, to fetch the car for rental, I parked my car at first rental parking, which was clamped down, which led to my car mag wheel damaged by the clamp, went to speak to the persons who were working that evening which was Bontle( Lady) and Thulasizwe(Guy) who were working on the 22/12/2019, we were told to pay R500 cash for the car to be unclamped, only to find out that their clamp damaged my mag wheel, as if that was enough I, Honourable Ma****lela Maako got very disappointed by the service I got from First Car Rental Lanseria Airport especially from Bontle.
She treated us very bad, together with Thulasizwe I am still shocked that the company that has sound values and clear directions but but still have staff that treat its client bad.
That is not the treatment we got from Bontle it so bad that I am still shocked, it very important that as company client are treated with respect as much as possible.
Then I arranged the meet with their manager by the name of Urvashi Jina / Uvi

Thank you for raising your concerns and allowing us to revert back to you.
Firstly you had parked your car in the car rental parking of FCR and did not inform my offices of this. We had proceeded to clamp your car due to the car parking “ ILLEAGALLY “ you have requested to pay a fine of R500. Which you did.
Your mag wheel was slightly scratch in the process of removing the clamp. This is however unfortunate it happened. I can offer my sincere apologies.
Moving forward I have informed my staff to be aware when clamping and removing the clamp not to damage cars.
